Stress - no need for it - isolate things that give you stress and get rid of them

I have just had a incident where a friends name came up on facebook.

The Name was right but the way that the person acted was not.

The first thing they did was to befriend all of my contacts.

Then where they were accepted they then befriended some of their contacts .......

I have done all I could to let people know ..... and have now de-activated my account.

What a pain ...... but life goes on ..... even though now its harder to contact my friends.
